Field Trips
Join us in our mission to tread lightly, taste boldly, and share earnestly in the bounty of Atlantic Iberia.
We follow local rhythms and our own curiosity through vineyards, villages, markets, workshops and landscapes, meeting the makers and tasting the fruits of their labor, while always leaving space for the unexpected pleasures no itinerary can promise.
Our field trips are small-scale explorations of wine, food, craft and countryside, designed for curious travelers looking beyond the tour-bus stops.
Private and custom field trips are available by inquiry, from half-day excursions to longer journeys shaped around a particular region, theme or interest.
Scheduled small-group trips are in development and will be announced seasonally.
We are especially drawn to the quieter corners of coastal Iberia, where wine, landscape and tradition still feel deeply intertwined: Bairrada's old vines and limestone soils, the windswept hills north of Lisbon, and the verdant riverlands of the Minho valley, where northern Portugal meets Galicia.
